1. Heat JTM Pork BBQ to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 140°F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.
To assemble sandwiches:
1. Portion 1.5 oz. (by weight) or 1 #16 scoop of JTM BBQ on a Slider Roll.
2. Cut each slice of American cheese into quarters and serve a 1/4 slice on each slider.
3. Place top of slider roll over cheese and serve.
