Mongolian Beef & Broccoli (General Tso)

Instructions:

1. Heat JTM Seasoned Beef and JTM General Tso Sauce to an internal temperature of 165F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.

2. Steam broccoli slaw and roast tricolor peppers and onions until tender

3. Combine seasoned beef, general tso's sauce, broccoli, peppers, and onions, then blend thoroughly; serve over a 1/2 cup lo mein noodles.
