Instructions:

1. Heat JTM Sous Vide Diced Beef to an internal temperature of 165*F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145*F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.

2. Add 2 cups of BBQ sauce to the heated sous vide beef to create beef BBQ and hold for hot service

3. Portion 3.95 oz. (by weight) / 1/2 cup / #8 scoop of beef BBQ on hamburger bun and serve



One serving provides: 2.0 oz. M/MA
