Instructions:

1. Heat JTM Sloppy Joe to an internal temperature of 145F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.



To assemble sandwiches:

1. Portion #20 scoop of JTM Sloppy Joe on a slider roll.

2. Place 1 pickle chip on top of sloppy joe

3. Finish with #40 scoop of cole slaw over pickle



Recipe yields 22 servings (2 sliders per serving)
