Prep Time: 30 min. Yields: 20
Heat JTM Beer Cheese in steamer or water bath for 30 minutes or until product reaches 140*F for 15 seconds. (HACCP) Hold hot @ 140F until ready to use.
1. In a stock pot, melt 8 oz of Butter and saute Carrots and Onions for 4-6 minutes or until tender.
2. Add JTM Beer Cheese Dip, Potatoes, Bacon, and half & half ; simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Garnish with diced scallions prior to service.
