JTM Queso blanco sauce 24 oz
JTM Seasoned beef 48 oz
Sliced bell peppers (thin julienne) 12 oz
Sliced onions (thin julienne) 12 oz

Fiesta Philly Cheese Steak

Instructions:

1. Pan up hinged Hoagie Steak buns and brush with seasoned melted butter (garlic or herb.)

2. Bake for 5-6 minutes in a 350*F oven, then reserve for service.

3. Heat JTM Queso Blanco to an internal temperature of 165F or higher (HACCP) and hold at 145F or higher (HACCP) until ready for service.

4. Heat Seasoned beef Philly on a sheet pan for 8-10 min and hold hot.



To prepare sandwich:

1. Griddle the steak and Peppers and onions to blend thoroughly (critical Control point 145*F for 15 seconds)

2. Add heated Queso Blanco cheese sauce and blend well

3. Assemble sandwich with 6 oz meat, Cheese and veggie mixture

Serve immediately



Alternate method:

To prepare sandwich:

1. Griddle the steak and Peppers and onions to blend thoroughly (critical Control point 145*F for 15 seconds)

2. Portion Meat and veggies (approx 5 oz) on heated hoagie bun

3. Top with 1-2 oz of heated Queso Blanco

Serve immediately
