Instructions:

5768 Mac & Cheese Heating Instructions:

1. Place frozen, unopened bag of JTM Mac & Cheese in a steamer, tilt skillet, or stock pot with boiling water and heat for approximately 45 minutes or until product reaches serving temperature.

2. Remove from steamer, kettle, tilt skillet, or stock pot and place unopened bag into holding cabinet.

3. Remove JTM Mac & Cheese from the holding cabinet, carefully cut open bag, and pour into a 2’’ or 4’’ deep hotel pan and place on the serving line.



5813 Seasoned Beef “Philly” Steak Heating Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F & line full size sheet pan with parchment paper.

2. Open frozen 5.0 lbs. bag of JTM Seasoned Beef Steak and distribute evenly on the parchment lined sheet pan.

3. Bake at 350*F for 8-10 minutes until product reaches 140*F for 15 seconds.

4. At time of service, put heated JTM Seasoned Beef “Philly” Steak into hotel pan and place on serving line.



Optional Vegetable Prep:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F

2. Line full size sheet pan with parchment paper.

3. Place diced or sliced green peppers, onions, and sliced mushrooms on pan.

4. Bake at 350*F for 8 - 10 minutes until vegetables become tender.

5. Put heated veg. blend into hotel pan & place on serving line.



Assembly (1 Serving):

1. Portion 2/3 cup (#16 disher) of JTM Mac & Cheese into serving dish.

2. Top Mac & Cheese with 1/4 cup (#6 disher) of seasoned beef steak.

3. Place 1/8 cup or approximately 1 ounce of pepper, onion and mushroom blend on top of seasoned beef steak or serve on the side.

4. Optional: Sprinkle with 0.5 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and serve.



Each serving provides:

3.0 oz. M/MA + 1.0 oz. WGR Equiv. + 1/8 cup Other veg.
