Cheesy Chicken & Corn Chowder

JTM Products:


1. Place frozen, unopened bag of JTM Queso Blanco in a steamer, kettle,

tilt skillet or stock pot with boiling water and heat for approximately 30 minutes

or until product reaches 165F (HACCP) serving temperature.

2. Place frozen whole kernel corn, diced onions and diced celery on a sheet tray; spray with nonstick cooking spray and roast in a 350F* oven for 10 12 minutes.

3. Place diced chicken on a sheet tray and heat (See Operational Heating Instructions) remove and hold hot.

4. Combine low sodium chicken broth, Queso Blanco, roasted veggies and diced cooked chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes

5. Remove and place in a holding hot cabinet 140F (HACCP) until service
