Beefy Bolognese over Penne Pasta

JTM Products:


1) Heat JTM Beef Bolognese Sauce.

Steamer for Meat and Cheese Products (From Frozen):

1) Place unopened pouches in a perforated full-size pan

2) Heat for approximately 45 minutes and check for an internal temp. of 145F (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F for 15 seconds)

3) Once the product has reached internal temperature, place on the serving line or hold hot (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145F or higher) until ready to use

4) Open the bag carefully to avoid being burned

5) Cook penne pasta until al dente; drain, rinse and coat with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.


5) Portion 1/2 cup of cooked penne pasta on a serving tray or serving dish.

6) Portion 5.20 oz. by weight of beef bolognese sauce over pasta and serve.
