Turkey Chorizo Street Tacos

Heat taco meat to 165*F (HACCP Critical Control Point) and hold hot until ready to serve at 145*F (HACCP Critical Control Point)

Gently warm the tortillas in an oven or warmer

To assemble the street taco:

1. Double up on the tortilla by stacking on top of each other with just a slight overlap

2. Portion 2.5 oz. (by weight) of beef taco on each stacked tortilla

Additional Garnish:

1 oz. Salsa verde

0.5 oz. Shredded lettuce

0.5 oz. fresh Diced tomato

0.75 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
