HARRISON, OH – July 12, 2021 – The street corn trend has taken over America.  According to Technomic Inc., a Chicago-based research firm, street corn items on menus across America have grown over 23% compared to the previous year. In response to the trend, J.T.M. is proud to introduce their new Roasted Street Corn Dip, a deconstructed version of Mexican Street Corn, which is traditionally served on the cob. J.T.M.’s Roasted Street Corn Dip is carefully crafted with fire-roasted corn, jalapeños, cream cheese, cilantro, and additional spices resulting in a unique, scratch-quality product that will add versatility and excitement to food service operators’ menus. It comes packed frozen in convenient boilable/steamable pouches making it easy to heat, hold and serve.
