Beer Cheese and Potato Soup


1 medium

Onion (diced)

1.5 cups

Diced Potatoes

2 tbsp

Canola Oil

12 oz.

Cook, chopped Bacon or Bacon Bits


Green Onions (chopped)

12 oz.

  1. Heat the bag of Craft Beer Cheese Dip in a large pot of boiling water for 25-30 minutes to 140°F for 15 seconds (HACCP Critical Control Point) and hold hot at 135°F until ready to serve.

Recipe Preparation Method

  1. In a large stock pot, saute diced onions and potatoes in canola oil until tender. 
  2. Add heated J.T.M. Craft Beer Cheese Dip to pot and stir to combine all ingredients.
  3. Add heavy cream and stir to blend well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Portion soup into bowl and garnish with green onions and chopped bacon.
