Beer Cheese Mac Burger

Recipe Preparation Method:

  1. Heat beer cheese mac to an internal temperature of 135°F or higher (Serv Safe Standards 135°F for 15 seconds) and hold hot until time to assemble. 
  2. Grill burger until desired doneness and hold hot.
  3. Lightly butter and toast heel and crown of bun on griddle


  1. Place burger on heel of bun.
  2. Top burger with 3 oz. of beer cheese mac.
  3. Add ¼ cup of shredded lettuce.
  4. Finish with 2 Tbsp. of French-fried onions and crown of bun and serve immediately.
