Breaded Pork Parmesan with Pasta

Breaded Pork Parmesan with Pasta


Prep Time: 30 min.


Heat marinara sauce

Steamer for Sauces and Soups (From Frozen):

  1. Place unopened bag in a full-size perforated pan
  2. Heat for approximately 30 minutes or until product reaches serving temperature of 145°F (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145°F for 15 seconds)
  3. Once the product has reached internal temperature, place on the serving line or hold hot (HACCP Critical Control Point - 145°F or higher) until ready to use.
  4. Open the bag carefully to avoid being burned

Prepare Pork Chop Patty:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. Place J.T.M. Breaded Pork Chop Patties on sheet pans with parchment paper in a single layer
  3. Heat for approximately 12 – 15 minutes or until heated to 155° F internal temp in convection oven with low fan.
    Note: For a conventional oven, please allow 15 – 20 minutes.
  4. Top pork chop patty with 3/4 oz. (1 Tbsp) marinara sauce + 1/2 oz. USDA Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (per patty) (100021 foods code) Finish in oven for an additional 2 – 3 minutes to melt cheese.


To portion & serve:

  1. Combine 1⁄2 cup serving (3 oz. cooked) of heated WGR Spaghetti with 2.25 oz. of marinara sauce on the tray.
  2. Place the pork chop parmesan on top of the WGR spaghetti & marinara
