Breakfast Scramble Slider Bites



PREPARATION

Prep Time: 40 Minutes

Pre-Preparation Instructions:

Thaw Turkey Sausage scramble 48-72 hrs (under refrigeration) 40°F -HACCP Critical Control Point.

 

To prepare breakfast bites: muffin pans

  1. Prepare full size muffin pans - spray pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Using half of a whole grain slider bun, press into each hole of the muffin pan.
  3. Portion 3.65 oz (1/2 cup) or #8 scoop of Turkey Sausage Scramble/Egg mixture in each pan.
  4. Place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 3-5 minutes or until eggs have set.

 

Serving:

  1. Remove pans from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Serve 1 portion (muffin bite) of breakfast bake on platter or serving tray.
